Hi!!! My name is Lucía Rodrigo, and I am from Madrid. I have lived there my entire life until now, and I am totally passionate by the spirit of big capitals. Madrid is a city that never sleeps, with constant movement of theatres, cinemas, concerts, and all kind of events. This artistic ambience has made me fall in love with painting art, music and cinema. Indeed, I have taken seven years of piano studies in a conservatory, which I think has brought be quite creative sensibility.

 Now I am studying Audiovisual Communication in the University of Navarra. There, I have met incredible people such as Ainara Oto, Ander Santamaría and Juan Voltas, my team of Animation Verse.

 

We discovered that we have a common passion: animation films, which reunites my favourite things in the world: graphic art, music and cinema. We decided to create this amazing project, in order to create a community of people as passionate as us about the topic and to promote what we consider to be good animation. When I refer to good animation, I am talking not only about films with great artistic quality but also movies that convey good messages in order to inspire society, which I believe is what all art should aspire to.
